The project was a complete $1M+ remodel of our condo on a 23rd floor - including structural changes to floor plan, mechanics, fire-sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical and many other complexities. The team did a fantastic job coordinating with our building management, to ensure everyone was on point. Clearly, unforeseen circumstances arise with projects of this complexity, but the key is how well the GC and the project manager can deal with them, both on time and on budget.
