Carolina Posada
President & Founder | RCE Group, Inc.
Carolina Posada is the Founder and President of RCE Group, Inc., a Florida-based construction and general contracting company recognized for its craftsmanship, reliability, and integrity. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de San Buenaventura in Cali, Colombia.
Since relocating to the United States in 2003, Carolina has applied her business expertise to management and development across various sectors, focusing on construction since 2009. Her leadership combines strategic vision, financial discipline, and a client-centered approach that drives every RCE project to success. Carolina’s professionalism and commitment to excellence have earned RCE long-standing relationships with clients, investors, and design professionals throughout Florida.
Paulo M. Romero
Construction Lead & Co-Founder
As Co-Founder and Construction Lead, Paulo M. Romero brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience to RCE Group. He earned his degree as a Maestro Mayor de Obras (Master Builder) in Argentina, providing him with a strong foundation in architecture, structural systems, and project supervision. Paulo oversees on-site execution, quality control, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring each project meets RCE’s high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and precision.
Daniella Posada
Permitting & Client Services Coordinator
An Industrial Engineer by profession from Universidad Javeriana in Cali, Colombia, Daniella Posada plays a key role in coordinating permits, client communications, and project documentation. Her analytical background and process-driven mindset help streamline approvals, maintain compliance, and ensure clear communication between clients, municipalities, and the RCE team. Daniella’s organization and attention to detail contribute to RCE’s efficiency and reputation for reliability.
Guillermo Posada
Finance & Accounting Director
Educated in Colombia as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA equivalent) from Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia, Guillermo Posada brings extensive financial expertise and discipline to RCE Group. Although his degree was earned abroad, his strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and business operations has been successfully adapted to the U.S. construction environment.
As Finance & Accounting Director, Guillermo acts as RCE’s financial controller, overseeing cost management, cash flow, and long-term financial planning. His analytical approach and integrity safeguard the company’s fiscal health and support RCE’s continued stability and growth.
Alvaro Hurtado
On-Site Project Director
With more than 15 years of experience in construction management and field supervision, Alvaro Hurtado leads day-to-day site operations for RCE Group. He coordinates subcontractors, maintains scheduling, and enforces quality and safety standards. Alvaro’s leadership, hands-on approach, and deep technical understanding ensure every project is executed efficiently and to RCE’s highest standards of performance and craftsmanship.
Simón Romero
Apprentice | Next Generation Contributor
At only 15 years old, Simón represents the next generation of RCE Group. During school vacations, he joins the team to learn about the company’s values, daily operations, and the effort behind every successful project.
Through this hands-on experience, he is discovering that success comes from hard work, discipline, and passion, principles that define RCE Group’s legacy. His early involvement reflects the company’s belief that work dignifies, and that integrity and perseverance are the foundations for any lasting achievement.
A Family Legacy
Behind every successful company, there’s a foundation built on values. For RCE Group, that foundation began at home. Carolina often credits her mother, the heart of the family, for teaching resilience, humility, and the strength to face challenges with grace.
But RCE’s story is also deeply marked by the presence of someone who will always remain part of its spirit: Carolina’s and Paulo’s youngest daughter, Luciana, who left this world unexpectedly at just 11 years old (2023). She was the family’s joy, the patient little one waiting when meetings ran late, the girl who played in the office during long afternoons, who tagged along to appointments with her toys, her laughs, her small tantrums, and her big heart.
Although she is no longer physically here, she continues to be a guiding light. Her memory strengthens the family’s purpose, and, just like her brother, she remains one of the true engines behind this project, a reminder of why RCE exists and whom it ultimately serves: family, legacy, and love.
Those same values continue to shape RCE’s culture today: respect, hard work, integrity, and unity. From one generation to the next, they remain the driving force behind everything the company builds, both in business and in life.
